The project was developed in accordance with Toyota’s design standards for dealerships, while simultaneously integrating the client’s individual requirements regarding functionality and user comfort.

The building is divided into two main functional volumes: a street-facing showroom and office wing to the north, and a workshop area located to the rear in the south. This clear north-south zoning not only reflects the internal workflow but also addresses climatic considerations.

Energy efficiency was a key focus of the design concept. To minimize solar heat gain, the openings on the southern workshop facade were reduced in size and fitted with tinted low-E glass. The northern facade, on the other hand—particularly the showroom—allows for bright, even lighting without direct sunlight thanks to large expanses of glazing.

A green roof terrace was planned for the top floor, serving as a future venue for representation and hospitality. This terrace provides the Çavdarlı family with a semi-private retreat and meeting space for clients and business partners.

Since the building is formally designed as a monolithic structure in accordance with Toyota guidelines, transparent glass office partitions were used inside. These not only enhance visual openness but also contribute to optimal daylight distribution within the workspaces.
