The complex comprises 116 residential units distributed across ten five-story apartment buildings and completed in December 2023.

 

The urban design concept is based on a courtyard structure: the buildings are grouped around a central courtyard, which serves as a semi-public communal space and the social heart of the complex. Each floor contains two spacious four-room apartments with a gross floor area of ​​149.3 m² – a type of apartment specifically tailored to the needs of families.

 

A variety of communal amenities are provided in the central green space between the apartment buildings to foster social life within the complex: an outdoor swimming pool, a basketball court, a children’s play area, as well as pathways and seating areas for socializing, exercise, and relaxation. The community center, also located in the courtyard, forms the heart of social life within the complex.

 

The area below was designed as an underground parking garage to allow for a car-free and safe ground floor. This preserves the entire open space for residents to use as a communal area – contributing to the quality of life and social interaction within the residential complex.
